Product & Care
Are your materials safe for all hair types? Yes! We use high-quality, hair-friendly materials like 100% mulberry silk, soft velvet, and polished acetate to ensure our accessories are gentle on fine, thick, curly, and straight hair alike.
How should I clean my Avalique accessories? To maintain their luster, we recommend hand-washing silk scrunchies and headbands in cold water with a gentle detergent and laying them flat to dry. For clips and barrettes, simply wipe them with a soft, dry cloth.
Do your claw clips work for thick hair? Many of our designs feature extra-strength springs and wide-tooth grips specifically engineered to hold even the thickest manes securely all day long. Please check the product descriptions for "Large" or "Maxi" styles.
Returns & Satisfaction
What is your return policy? We want you to love your look. We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, certain hair items must be returned in their original sealed condition.
